Construction of a new senior campus that will be located on a purpose-built site next to the Bass Coast Specialist School and will be a major step in achieving the community’s dream of a dedicated education and learning precinct.
The works comprise construction of a senior campus for Years 11-12 students, purpose-built for adolescent and adult learning, and will facilitate strong connections to the local community.
The new campus will include a two-storey learning community building and single level games hall building with three courts, linked by landscaped outdoor social and recreation areas. There is also a wetland environment, sports field and playing courts to create a strong culture of health, wellbeing and inclusivity.
Designed by ClarkeHopkinsClarke Architects, the new campus is expected to be completed in 2020 and will feature a multi-sport stadium that will be shared with the community, including three competition-grade basketball courts.
