Construction of a new Golf Club House with facilities such as a heated pool, gymnasium and pro-shop all encapsulated to the architectural design of curved roofs, balconies and facades.

 

Incorporating these is a dining room/spike bar and committee rooms, all with bi-fold doors to allow for extended catering or other function requirements.

 

Inclusive to the design is the consideration of outside use of the pool and gym with separate security entry, all in tune with – “Beach Type” – Links Golf playing facilities.

 

Maintaining direct communication with the Client and the Architect, the project achieved the design and changes to internal layouts and external facade requirements.
